Age Verification Policy

1) 20+ eligibility (NZ)
Vexarionz.com is intended for users aged 20 years or older. If you are under 20, you must not access, create an account, or use the Services.
We do not knowingly target minors and we design our marketing (including Google Ads where applicable) to avoid audiences under 20, consistent with social casino advertising requirements.
2) How age-gating works
- We may ask you to confirm you are 20+ and/or enter your date of birth.
- We may restrict access until age confirmation is provided.
- We may re-check age when risk signals appear (e.g., account changes, unusual activity, or complaints).
3) Verification checks we may use
To verify age, we may request or use one or more of the following (depending on context and law):
- Government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driver licence) and a selfie/liveness check.
- Third-party age verification services and/or database checks.
- Account and device signals to support age gating (not a standalone proof of age).
We aim to minimise data collected. If documents are requested, we may securely store verification outcomes and limited metadata as needed for compliance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.
4) If underage access is suspected or confirmed
- We may temporarily restrict features, pause withdrawals/redemptions, or suspend the account while verifying age.
- If we confirm a user is under 20 (or cannot be verified), we may terminate the account and block further access.
- We may take additional steps to prevent re-registration (e.g., device/account-level controls), consistent with privacy requirements.
5) Reporting underage access
If you believe someone under 20 is using the Services, report it to contact@vexarionz.com. Include the username (if known), relevant details, and any supporting information. We will review and may request more information.
