Terms of Service

1) Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for users aged 20+ in New Zealand. You must not use the Service if you are under 20 or otherwise not legally permitted to access similar entertainment services where you live.

2) Social-casino (simulated) gameplay notice

• Gameplay is simulated only; no real-money gambling.
• No prizes or rewards of real-world value are offered.
• Any virtual currency/virtual items have no cash value and are not redeemable, transferable, or withdrawable.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to real-money gambling brands or operators.

3) Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security/abuse risks.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play, or manipulating the Service.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content/behaviour.
• Attempting unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with networks or security.
• Buying/selling accounts or virtual items, or using the Service for commercial purposes without permission.

5) In-app purchases (if offered)

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual items/currency used only within the Service. Purchases are for entertainment access to virtual content and are generally non-refundable except where required by New Zealand law or the app store/platform’s policies.

6) Intellectual property & licence

The Service, software, artwork, text, and trademarks are owned by Vexarionz Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

7) Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms or if required for safety, security, or legal reasons.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. To the extent permitted by law, Vexarionz Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

9) Disputes & governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
